The question is why not everyone does it, and why many people who are determined to do so often encounter saboteurs in their daily lives that prevent them from forming those habits and taking care of their health and well-being in the long term.
Coaching is support, guidance, and mentoring for people. It is helping them find internal motivators and seeking tools to improve their environments so that they can make better decisions regarding their daily lifestyle habits. The coach shows how to go through each process, helping the person decide on the steps to take.
